What are your staffed hours?Our staffed hours are from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday.

What is the policy for bringing guests to the gym?Members are asked not to bring guests without a day pass or guest pass.

How much is a day pass?A day pass at 43 Fitness is just $7.

How do I get my 24-hour access key?To obtain your 24-hour access key, you have two convenient options: In-Person Purchase: Visit our facility during staffed hours and purchase one for just $10. Online Purchase and Pickup: Alternatively, you can conveniently buy your access key online and choose to pick it up at the studio. Do you offer group classes?We currently do not offer group classes at 43 Fitness.

Do you have shower and sauna facilities?No, we do not have shower or sauna facilities at our studio.

Is there a designated kids' room?Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated kids' room at 43 Fitness.

What is the cancellation policy for memberships?Cancellation requests must be submitted 10 days before the next billing cycle, with a $25 processing fee for all cancelation requests. Click to cancel your membership online.

When does my monthly payment come out?Your monthly payment is set to be automatically charged to your card on a specific day each month. This specific day is determined by the date you initially signed up for your membership. In other words, your membership fee will be automatically withdrawn on the same day of the month that you first became a member.

What happens if a monthly membership fee payment declines?The membership is automatically canceled, and a $25 cancellation fee, along with a $15 processing fee, will be applied. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is up to date.
